IMPORTANT NOTICE: Shipping prices noted on our website may vary as shipping rates are impacted by the gas prices/inflation. With that said you may be contacting regarding shipping prices if our carriers' prices exceeds what you paid at check out.
Currently, we only ship our "Delicious Dozen" three (3) inch mini Sweet Sensation sweet potato pies. Our pies are made to order, without preservatives so we only provide one (1) and two business days shipping, to ensure they arrive fresh. In addition, we ship Monday thru Wednesday to avoid having your items sit over the weekend.
Please allow 3-4 days to process and prepare your pies for shipping.
We do our absolute best to ensure your order is processed and shipped in a timely and safe manner; however, once we hand your order over to the shipping carrier we have no control and little insight on what happens thereafter. Our packages are tracked and you will be provided your order's tracking number for your awareness and tracking.
Should you not receive your package or your order arrives damaged or incorrect please email us at email@example.com with the order# and your name in the subject line; please include pictures in the instance of damaged or missing/incorrect items.
If you are local to Somerset, NJ we offer pick up for our mini and 9" inch Luscious Large Sweet Sensation sweet potato pie. To schedule a pick up please include your desired pick up date and time in the note/comment section when placing your order. We will email you to confirm pick up date/time and provide pick up location. If you have any questions in the interim please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
STORING / FREEZING PIES
To preserve your fresh and untouched pie/s for a later date, we suggest that you keep them in their original wrapping and tightly cover them in wax paper followed by saran wrap and then place them in the freezer. When you are ready to eat/serve them, remove the wax paper and saran wrap and allow it to thaw out in room temperature for 24 hours. Once thawed out we suggest that you do not refreeze.
EXCHANGES / RETURNS
Given the nature of our product, we do not offer exchanges or refunds, unless we provided the wrong or damaged item/s. If either occurs please contact us via email at email@example.com with the order# and your name in the subject line; be sure to include pictures of damaged or incorrect items, within 24 hours of receipt.
All orders must be placed via our website, www.justpiesbylisa.com. We will not be held responsible for orders placed outside of our website. To ensure your order is received please place your order via our website.

All orders must be paid in full prior to us processing your order.
